Water Release Techniques:
Water Release (水遁, Suiton) is one of the basic elemental nature transformations that allow the user to manipulate pre-existing water, or create their own, by turning their chakra into water. It takes much more ability to create the water outside the body than to manipulate what is already available or expel it from their mouths.C-Rank
Mizurappa (Wild Water Wave) - 600 NinjutsuAfter kneading chakra in the stomach, the user expels a high volume of water in a stream from the mouth, capable of flooding small enclosed areas and pushing several opponents back at once.
Teppoudama (Gunshot) - 800 Ninutsu
A bullet of pressurized water is spit at high speed from the mouth. Though it does not pierce the opponent like an actual bullet, it deals enough damage on impact to cause internal injury. The maximum number of bullets the user can fire per round is equal to Ninjutsu/1,000.

Suijinheki (Water Formation Wall) - 4,750 Ninjutsu
Either spitting water from the mouth or using the water directly surrounding them, the user forms into a 3m circle around them and rushes violently outward and upward to deflect oncoming attacks. The wall persists for up to 4 rounds before the technique dissipates and must be performed again to create.

Suishouha (Water Colliding Wave) - 6,500 NinjutsuWater swirls in a circle around the user, forming into a twisting vortex that spills down in a large wave, swallowing everything in its path. The wave can be directed through hand movements, moving at the speed of their Ninjutsu skill; the wave can be directly controlled for one more round before it settles.
Daibakufu (Great Waterfall) - 9,000 Ninjutsu
Usable only by manipulating a pre-existing source of water, the user creates a large torrent formed of surging water which then rushes forward and strikes down everything in front of the user in one devastating sweep. The aftermath of its usage is apparent in the vast amount of water left over.
